I am going to my cousin’s tomorrow at Manchester because it’s his birthday party we will go to a play area then mac Donald’s and play in the snow

Yesterday (14th December) we went to the memorial hall to do our Junior play: Joseph and his amazing technicolor dream coat. Everyone did really well. I played one of the brothers! (Dan) I really enjoyed my first Christmas play here in Trelawnyd School. I think that Joseph (Alex) I also think that Seth played his part of Pharaoh really well. (We also did a dress rehearsal in the morning. After the dress rehearsal we went back to school for lunch.)

I also think that the rest of the brothers were very good. Especially Tom, Ben B and Liam because they all sang a song each. The Father (Joshua) did quite well. I think that my favourite male characters were Judah (Liam), Naphtali (Matteo) and Joseph (Alex). my favourite female characters were Mrs Potiphar (Faith/Daisy), Asher (Daisy) and Gad (Summer). It was so much fun! I really enjoyed that play and would definitely do it again. I was quite nervous before the play but once we had done the dress rehearsal I was ready for anything. Everyone had really good costumes and looked really good. Luckily no one forgot their lines! We all did really well and all tried to do our best. Three people had to play two parts.I wanted to be a brother and I got the part AND the name of my favourite YouTuber DanTDM! I had to sing with the rest of the brothers in multiple songs. I also had a line that I had to sing on my own!

On the 14th December we had our main school play. It was excellent. We did Joseph and the technicolour dream coat. I was a brother. We sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites.

I think I did do ok [if I do say so myself]. I had to do this solo thing because it was a musical.
I would like to do it again.

The big day – play!

The juniors had been working really hard for this day and I nailed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It all started when we found out our play. Our teacher was writing the date time and place but she wasn’t writing what it was!
Finally she said the longest sentence I’ve ever seen and heard. It was: “Joseph and the amazing technicolour dream coat”
Next Monday was the day we found our roles! Me, Tom, and Will all wanted to be Joseph so we had to have a competition to see who was the best singer, the first person to sing was me, then it was Tom, and finally it was Will. I won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So skip to the performance. My Nain, Granny, cousin and cousin in law, mum, dad, Heather all came to see me.
I wasn’t nervous at all for the show, all of the show was a giant song! To make me feel better we did a dress rehearsal at 9:30 how exciting. My mum made me do voice warm ups for the show ( embarrassing )
I was a bit scared at first but when I started singing I thought I could do this all day every day.
In high school I’m definitely considering acting! I love it!

On the 14th of December it was our Christmas play. I was two parts I was Potiphar- he was really fat but he was a millionaire. He had Joseph as a prisoner and I was Reuben- one of Joseph brothers. Can you guess the play………?

TYhe play is Joseph and the amazing technicolour dream coat. It was really fun. I sang one song on my own: ‘One more angel in heaven’.

When we first got our play we all thought it was going to be Snow White or Beauty and the Beast but it turned out to be that. Everyone was so upset because it is boring. I wanted to be Joseph. I was against Alex and Will D. I lost ,Alex Williams got the part. It wasn’t that bad.

On Thursday I went to the school hall and we did a play. I was the butler in Joseph and the technicolour dream coat. I was probably the worst singer but I was the most confident and the funniest -thank you.

On Thursday 14th we had a Christmas play. I was the Elvis Presley pharaoh and all the infants said my song was the best.
For about 30 minutes I was sat at the back waiting for my part talking to former year 6 pupil Eve. She said I looked very strange with MASSIVE hair then I sang like an American and half the crowd filmed me

My favourite song with everyone singing was ‘Jacob and Sons’. Everyone sang lovely. I enjoyed learning my words and hearing everyone learn their words.

This year our school play was Joseph and the amazing Technicolour dream coat. I got 2 parts: I was Mrs Potiphar and Asher -a brother to Joseph. When I was on stage I felt really nervous, but when I got of stage I felt really good that I did it.

Hello this is Finlay. I am going to tell you about the play.

I was Zebulun, one of the brothers, and it was fun doing it. My favourite song was ‘Go go go Joseph’. I wore a shepherd’s outfit and some sandals. The play was about 1 hour long- believe me it felt so much longer! I was a little bit scared on stage because there was a lot of people watching me. But I got through it. I was proud of my self. It was my last play in this school and it was the best.
